Right to Study Agreement

I confirm that I will provide the University of Birmingham with all my immigration documents for my right to study check within three (3) weeks of the start date of my studies stated on my confirmation of acceptance for studies.  I understand that if I fail to provide my immigration documents within this time, the University will be required to report to the Home Office that they are withdrawing immigration sponsorship, I will no longer be able to continue my studies and I will have to leave the UK and return home.

Upload other evidence of your arrival to the UK

You must upload something which clearly evidences that you arrived in the UK. It must show the date that you arrived and that your arrival was to a UK port. If you arrived by air, you should upload your boarding pass.
